Kevin started the RAVE boys program in ISD196 in 2000 and the girls program in 2002, coached the Eastview High School boy's team from 2004-06. During this time his teams played for 3 state championships and posted 6 consecutive winning seasons. Currently the University of St. Thomas Women's Head Coach where he is in his third season. Prior to coaching he played his college lacrosse in Ohio and Maryland.
Derek Michalski - Boy's Defensive Director
Derek graduated from Holy Angels in '06 and has been a member of the Butler and Providence College teams in '07 and '08. Currently playing at the University of St. Thomas, Derek is the lead defensive coach on the Faceoff staff.
Brady O'Rourke - Boy's Midfield Director
Brady graduated from Eastview in '06 and has been a member of the University of St. Thomas and Fontbonne University teams the last 3 years. Brady is the lead midfield coach on the Faceoff staff.
Tony Libera - Boy's Attack Director
Tony graduated from Holy Angels in '06 and has been a member of the University of Minnesota team the last 3 years. Tony is the lead attack coach on the Faceoff staff.
Tim Rocklage - Boy's Midfield Coach
Tim graduated from Rosemount in '06 and has been a member of the Fontbonne University team in '07 and '08 and the University of St. Thomas in '09. Tim is a member of the Faceoff midfield coaching staff.
Kelsey O'Rourke - Girl's Program Director
Kelsey returns to the Faceoff Winter Program for the forth year. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in '08 where she was a 4-time Academic All-American, 3-time Honorable Mention All-Conference. She is also a member of the Jefferson High School Girls coaching staff.
Janna Cunningham - Girl's Program Coach
Janna joins the Faceoff staff in her second year and is currently the University of St. Thomas Women's Assistant coach. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge about the game from her playing days at Elmira College in New York, as an assistant coach at Springfield College and as Head Coach at Nichols College and Westfield State in Massachusetts.
